No boring bland frozen meals. High quality ingredients, great seasoning. It’s crazy to think that it is healthy food cause it taste so good. As someone deep into bio hacking, longevity and peak performance give this a 10/10 as a choice. Nathaly is awesome to work with the team is great. They make adjustments as you need and deliver every time great food. If you in Medellin highly recommend. Stop doing Rappi. Get healthy food prepped with great ingredients.
